Terms and Conditions

Full Day Sharing and Private

Note:

  • All rates are subject to change in case of a major increase in fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances.
  • The itinerary can be amended due to unfavourable weather and/or sea conditions for clients’ safety.
  • In case of morning extreme low sea tide which may occur, the departure will be done from Pointe. D’Esny instead of Le Chaland and the first snorkelling stop will be at Trou Moutou instead of Blue Bay (same will be communicated the day before the excursion).
  • On sharing basis, the minimum participants required on speedboat is 8 adults and on cataspeed is
    12 adults.
  • All menu choices and dietary restrictions should be communicated upon booking.
  • Provided on board: Life jackets, snorkelling equipment (masks & tubas).
  • To bring: Sun cream, towels, swim wears / beach wears, sunglasses, hats.
  • To notify in case of pregnancy upon booking.
  • There is an extra cost for each additional person.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Clients

On Sharing Basis
  • If cancelled on the eve of the excursion before 12h00: 50% cancellation fees applicable OR possibility to reschedule the excursion another day.
  • If cancelled on the eve of the excursion after 12h00: 100% cancellation fees are applicable.
  • If cancelled on the same day of excursion and in case of No-Show: 100% cancellation fees applicable.
  • If weather conditions are not suitable for clients: a 100% cancellation fee is applicable.
Private Basis
  • If cancelled 2 days prior excursion date: 50% cancellation fees are applicable.
  • If cancelled on the eve of the excursion before 12h00: 75% cancellation fees are applicable.
  • If cancelled on the eve of the excursion after 12h00: 100% cancellation fees are applicable.
  • If cancelled on the same day of the excursion and No-Show: 100% cancellation fees will be applicable.
  • If weather conditions are not suitable TO CLIENTS: 100% cancellation fee applicable.

Cancellation by Aqua Soleil

  • Should the services be cancelled by Aqua Soleil following a technical issue or unfavourable weather conditions prior start of the excursion, the clients will be offered to re-book the excursion at no additional cost. Alternatively, the clients will be refunded 100%.
  • Aqua Soleil reserves the right to postpone the excursion as a result of unfavourable weather conditions. No compensation shall be due to you as a result of such postponement.

Bring Sun cream, towels, swimwear/beachwear, sunglasses, and hats.
